Cancellation Policy
I understand things happen, but to ensure the best experience for all clients and to respect scheduling, the following policies are in place:
Late Arrivals:
Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may be charged a 10% late fee.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide me a 48 hour notice for all color and a 24 hour notice for smaller services. Clients who fail to do so may be charged 35% of the scheduled service.
No call / No show
Clients who do not show up to their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
